Camping at The Newberry Event

Bring your tent and gear and stay for all 3 days of music and art. There’s a lot of room to camp in the open meadows, less spaces in the shady pines.

We seriously discourage any fires at all and open fires are completely prohibited. All fires must be completely contained within a BBQ style system with a lid and water source to put it out and camp stoves are allowed.

There will be over 25 arts and drink & food vendors, with tacos, pulled pork, Philly cheese, Chinese dumplings, burgers and dogs, vegan choices, and Italian ices, including breakfasts! Enjoy morning Yoga to virtuoso Jeff Dodd’s meditative tunes. Everything you need for a great weekend!

Parking for campers is on 16685 Sprague Loop, ADJACENT TO the Event site (16693 Sprague Loop).  You will need to walk your gear in.  You’re welcome to arrive Thursday anytime after noon, to have an uncrowded chance to pick your spot.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a rural area with no street lights. There will be no moon during the Newberry Event for the most part. That means it will be quite dark. While this will allow for great stargazing, if you are camping or just getting to your car you will need to have flashlights. There will be a light at night near the main toilet area.

Porta potties & washing stations are onsite. We will have some limited capability for people to charge their phones.

RV Pass

A limited amount of dry-RV parking sites are available for an extra nightly fee only to guests staying all 3 nights.

This is an on-site dry RV spot for Thursday, July 25 through Monday, July 29. You should arrive by Thursday Evening, but no later than Friday. This pass does not include tickets for the event, which must be purchased separately. There is no guarantee you will be able to leave once setup until Sunday evening.
Access to toilets and wash station provided.
